Ordering:

360 Skin Care, LLC offers you a variety of ordering options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discovercard. Orders can be placed via the web at www.360SkinCare.com with our secure ordering system with SSL encryption technology. You may also order by phone at 877-220-7546 M-F from 8-5pm pst, or orders can be faxed to us 24 hours a day at 678-732-9904. Shipping:

360 Skin Care, LLC offers a variety of shipping options through UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Complimentary shipping is offered on any order of $75 or more for packages shipped in the Continental United States. Our products are made fresh and usually ship in 3-5 business days however shipping times may vary during the holiday season. From time to time we have promotional offers that may impact production time and delay shipping. Your patience is appreciated. Please keep in mind that our products are made fresh and shipping time does not include manufacturing time. Packages should arrive in the United States within 1 to 5 business days from shipment date. All orders shipped outside of the United States will be shipped USPS and additional shipping charges will apply. Email conformation will be sent before shipment. Please note that we can not ship via UPS or Fedex to P.O. Boxes. Once your packaged has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please retain email until package has been received. Shipping on orders of $75 or more is free within the continental states.

360 Skin Care, LLC is unable to send free samples to clients who aren't placing an order with us.

Returns:

360 Skin Care, LLCoffers a money back guarantee on all our products. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange for the return of any unused/unopened items. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number which is good for five business days and must be written on the outside of the returned package. Failure to put the return authorization on the outside of the package will result in package refusal. Product returns are at your expense. If items are damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging on your end, you will only be credited for the items that are not damaged. You will receive a credit to be used within our store for the total amount of returned items minus shipping. Credit can be used on any item in the store. We do not issue credit back to credit cards. We are unable to accommodate refund request for shipping charges. We understand that not all people like all scents, and that some scents are just naturally 'lighter' than others. We suggest that you buy sample items first if you are unsure whether you will like the scents or not. We do not accept returns if you do not like the scent. If you receive products that were damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours and retain all packaging materials in order for us to file an insurance claim and replace your order.

Shelf Life:

Due to the high natural content of our products, 360 Skin Care, LLC recommends you use your products within 1 year. To maintain product effectiveness and integrity we recommend storing our products away from direct sunlight, heat, and keeping the cap on tightly. Remember these products are meant to be used freely and not sitting up collecting dust on your shelf. Let 360 Skin Care, LLC help you pamper yourself naturally, you deserve it.

Back Orders:

Unless otherwise requested, all out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Backorders will be invoiced at the price prevailing shipment. If backordered item will be delayed more than 5 business days, all available items will ship out, and you will be notified of the backorder status with an estimated ship date. You will not be charged for any backorder item until it ships. There is no additional shipping charge for any item placed on backorder. You may cancel your backorder item any time before it ships. We will notify you via email when your back order item is shipped out.
